Hi Rupalben kem cho Maja ma??? Vatidal na khaman bau saras banavya che mara ghar ma mane ane mara son ne bau bhave che baki badha ne nylon khaman bhave che.. But mara vatidal na khaman thoda kathan bane che soft nathi banta ,tamari style thi banavi jois ekvar. Thank you so much dear.....

Is nimbu phool called citrc acid?. If yes can we replace curd with it and with what proportion in this recipe. Should we add it while fermenting or just before steaming?

Yes, nimbu phool is citric acid..it cannot be replaced with curd.. Else you won't be able to get the perfect taste and texture..
