Practising Shambala Principles पुस्तक गुरूजी कृष्णान्नदा द्वारा लिखी गई पुस्तक है, जिसका सार नीता भोजवानी ने किया है। इस पुस्तक में लेखक ने सात सिद्धांतों के बारे में बात की है। इन सभी सिद्धांतों का संभाला के लोगों द्वारा पालन किया जाता था। संभाला का पृथ्वी प्रकाशमयी शहर माना जाता था।
ये सिद्धांत कुछ इस प्रकार हैं-
1. अपने अन्तर्भाग में प्रकाश का अनुभव करें और इसे चारों ओर फैलाएं।
2. अनुभव करो और प्यार फैलाओ।
3. हर किसी में और हर चीज में एकता का अनुभव करें।
4. पहले दैनिक गतिविधियों को ध्यान में रखें, फिर इसे नरम फुसफुसाते हुए कहें और फिर उन्हें वास्तव में महसूस करें।
5. किसी भी लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने से पहले उसके बारे में बात कम से कम करके गोपनीयता के नियम का पालन करें।
6. नकारात्मकताओं से लड़ने के लिए मन और बुद्धि, शरीर की कमर कस लें = ध्यान।
7. उच्च आध्यात्मिक लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए भौतिक आवश्यकताओं के साथ संतोष की अपनी रेखाएँ बनाएँ।
The book Practicing Shambala Principles is a book written by Guruji Krishnananda, abstracted by Neeta Bhojwani. In this book the author talks about seven principles. All these principles were followed by the people. The earth of Sambala was considered to be the city of light.
Some of these principles are as follows-
1. Experience the Light in your core and spread it around.
2. Experience and spread love.
3. Experience the oneness life in everyone & everything.
4. Carry on the daily activities first in mind, then verbalise it in soft whispers and then actualise them indeeds.
5. Observe the law of secrecy before achieving any goal by minimising talks about it.
6. Gear up the body, mind and intellect to fight out the negativities = MEDITATION.
7. Draw your own lines of contentment with the material requirements to pursue higher spiritual goals.
