They sheltered so many of my family who ran away from Moscow in 1941. A great people. They also helped many prisoners uprooted by Stalin from Crimea, the Baltics, and other parts of the USSR to survive (Uzbeks and the other central Asian nations).

It's pretty cheap (in fact, Uzbekistan is one of the cheapest countries in the world), but you have to plan everything ahead, because right now Uzbekistan is full of Russians that came to Uzbekistan after mobilization and war in Ukraine. Many hotels are fully booked. I think you should get advice from a foreigner who visited Uzbekistan recently.

I have been to Uzbekistan back in 2018. While watching your video, i was reminding those places which i visited that time. I have been to Tashkent, Samarkand and spent 3 days in Urgut ( in Uzbekistan Tobacco Company) a remote area.. Though, i spent 7 days in Uzbekistan, but i made some good friend there.Again, i am eagerly waiting to visit thus beautiful country. In the last i would say, Uzbekistan is the land of friendly, lovely and beautiful people. ❤❤❤ 🇺🇿🇺🇿

I love Uzbekistan..was in Tashkent and Samarkand in 2007 , the people,food,the old architecture and the scenery was beyond my expectation..would love to come back someday.

I live in Australia and holidayed in Uzbekistan about ten years ago. I loved it! It was white mulberry season and l lay in the grass in the sun after a strenuous walk to see the petraglyphs. A special memory. The people were lovely, the ballet and concerts were so cheap! The Tashkent market is one of the best in the world I hope l can return one day.

I went to Samarkand, Tashkent, Urgut and Bukhara last year in April. Everything you said here is true and even more true when you visit there. They are kind and peaceful and are very immersed in their religion which renders them loving and caring people. They are warm and welcoming and their food is just amazing - *chef's kiss* . There are no big store chains or food chains what so ever in Uzbekistan, their country does not allow it. So do not expect to see a McDonalds, a Burger King, Starbucks or anything similar. All you have is small to medium, authentic, mostly family owned restaurants with real food. All the better, if you ask me. This country is a gem and it is so affordable, it should be on everyone's next travel route!

East Turkestan has nothing to do with Han-Chinese. Size of Eastern Turkestan is bigger than the combination of Europe's biggest Four Countries - Germany, France, Britain and Italy. East Turkestan is the world's biggest producer of rare earth materials, uranium, jade, gold, silver, cotton, tomatoes, garlic, silk, cashmere, green, raisins, Grapes, wool, leather, meat, marble, etc. East Turkestan is one of the world's biggest producer of coal, salt, petrol, natural gas, mika, and many others. Uyghur Nation was the Riches Nation in the world before China's illegal invasion into Eastern Turkestan on 20 October 1949. China has been robbing Trillions of US dollars of energy, food, raw materials, uranium, rare earth materials, Jade, gold, fresh bottled water, fresh bottled air, Uyghur Organs, Uyghur blood, Uyghur flesh, and many goods from Chinese army unlawfully occupied Eastern Turkestan of Uyghur Nation. Poor China, over 1.4 Billion hungry Chinese and millions of junk factories in China cannot survive without Robbing TRILLIONS of US dollars of natural resources from natural resources extremely rich, naturally very diverse and vast Eastern Turkestan of Uyghur Nation. Since late 2016 China unlawfully cut off all telephone connections, Internet connections, postal services and travel for all Uyghurs in between Eastern Turkestan and rest of the world. China has kicked out all foreigners from East Turkestan of Uyghur-Turk Nation and China DO NOT ISSUE VISA FOR FOREIGNERS TO TRAVEL TO EASTERN TURKESTAN. China do not let foreigners with China's Visa to travel to East Turkestan to meet up with Uyghurs without Han-Chinese state agents under strict surveillance. Only China paid foreign criminals with Han-Chinese State security agents together go to Eastern Turkestan to make propaganda videos for Chinese government to cover up China's Uyghur Genocide. Even China paid foreign criminals cannot travel to Eastern Turkestan to meet up with Uyghurs without Han-Chinese state agents under strict surveillance. All pictures and videos are strictly controlled by Chinese government. All "HAPPY UYGHUR VIDEOS " on KZread are "Made in China" by China' state security agents with China paid foreign criminals. China do not let Uyghurs from Eastern Turkestan freely travel to China. China do not let Uyghurs from Eastern Turkestan to travel to any other countries. China do not let Uyghurs from other countries to go to Eastern Turkestan to meet up with their parents and family China do not let Uyghurs escape from East Turkestan to other countries. Many Uyghurs are shot dead on the way escape from East Turkestan to other countries. Uyghurs cannot be refugees in neighbouring Pakistan. China do not let foreigner to talk to Uyghurs without Han-Chinese state security agents in Chinese army unlawfully occupied Eastern Turkestan. Strict SURVELANCE and strict Family planning are only applied to Uyghur Nation in Chinese army unlawfully occupied Eastern Turkestan. Chinese illegal invaders have no family planning in Eastern Turkestan. China's disinformation campaign Worldwide to cover up China's Uyghur Genocide are going on in all countries. We visIted Uzbekistan in late March, and it was one of the most amazing experiences me and my wife had. Setting off our journey in Tashkent we travelled down to Samarqand and Bukhara, two mesmerising towns with astonishingly rich history. People are so friendly, open-minded, i did not expect that tbh. The food is scrumptious, everything was brilliant.

Having lived in this country for almost 2 years now, I must say that the decision to come here is one of the best I've ever made. The beauty and humility of this country is remarkable. You must see all those historical structures in person to truly feel how marvelous they are. Uzbek hospitality is real and unbeatable. They say it's in the blood of Uzbeks since the Silk Road days. Every house would invite you in to share a meal and even sleep over! I advise everyone to come here now before the whole world, soon, discovers it.

I listened a part of this video this morning before work. I just returned and googled Uzbekistan to take a better look at the maps. And the unfortunate news about this morning's explosion popped up. How sad! Condolences to the unfortunate victims. Always so hard to accept untimely death, especially of such a young person.

Kashkadarya region, the place where the great Amir Temur was born and raised, there were historical monuments, including the famous Oqsaroy. It's a pity that this place was not mentioned in the video

I am originally from Baku but had many friends from Tashkent and also read few books about Uzbekistan. Always wanted to visit this country, specially Buhara and Samarkand for their rich history, to meet good Uzbeki people and of course for awesome cuisine!

We are orginally real Turkic, so our culture is very close to the other Turkic countries like Turkmenistan, Kyrgizistan, Azerbaijan etc.
