This video is about uzbek cuisine the signature dish of uzbekistan is the rice plov most made with lam or mutton , made with rice, meat, carrots and onions chickpeas or raisins are usually added for a variation ....i tried this recipe with chicken and its amazing ....uzbek pulao or afghani pulao or kabuli pulao recipe

500 grams chicken
2 medium onions sliced
1 tsp salt
1 medium carrot julian cut
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
2 whole pod garlic
4 slit green chilli
500 grams extra long grain basmati rice

Thanku dear .. if u wanno use it u can sqeeze the pulp and add it back into the stalk before adding rice...however here in uzbek pylao no ginger garlic paste is added

Decoration hi ...as it was added inside flavour aayega its like yakhni pulao main sabit lehsun daalker pakaya jaata hai same ...uzbek pulao mai ginger garlic paste nahi dalta
