Uttarayan Special - 2 Ways Chocolate Chikki
Ingredients :
Chocolate Til ki Chikki ( Sesame )
150 gm - Milk Chocolate Compound
Micro for 30-30 Sec , Melt Properly
1 tsp - Sesame Oil
1/2 Cup - Roasted Sesame ( Til )
Mix Properly
2 tbsp - Butter Scotch Nuts or Dry Fruit Chikki Coarsely Grinded
Mix Properly
and Pour into Aluminium Tray ( Grease with ghee and line Butter Paper a d Spread Properly ,Sprinkle Sesame and Butter Scotch nuts amd keep it for 15 min in Fridge and remove from mould and Cut into Bars
Peanut Chocolate Chikki
150 gm - Dark Chocolate
melt for 30-30 Sec and add
1 tsp - Peanut Oil
stir once and add
3/4 Cup Roasted Skin less Peanut (Unsalted ) or Salted also we can use but skin less
2 tbsp - Butter Scotch Nuts ( Small )
Mix Properly and Pour into the mould
and Sprinkle some Butter scotch nuts and Peanuts ,keep for set in fridge for 15 min and Cut into Bars shape
