Wisdom is very key here. We are human and we must adopt what is good for us. However, we don't become slaves by following religion just because we adopt their knowledge. God is very personal to us. Let no one teach you about their gods.

Arch Bishop thank you so much becoz yesterday while Evangelizing I meet a Kikuyu man, middle in age who said that Bible is a lying book. Was very surprised. He would better repent and give his life to Jesus Christ.

That pastor talked a lot but said nothing. All he did was try to use the bible to justify his kikuyu supremacy. Uhuru Kenyatta is not a muthamaki/king but a president. A president is elected by the people to exercise power on behalf of the people. A king inherits power and he has no duty towards his subjects. Nilichagua Uhuru coz he promised me electricity and water and since sijapata I have the right to criticize him. Criticism is not abuse. Then, you are not the best person to speak on traditions since you are a pastor and you stand to lose when people go back to their culture. It's like the goat's building a better house to sleep at night and then asking the hyena for an opinion of the goat's house.

May God have mercy on our people. We need a lot of wisdom, thanks Pastor for explaining the word of God and pointing out the danger lurking ahead and suggesting the solution.God bless you.

The problem with Kenyan "prophets" is that they do not prophesy specific things, they just spot an obvious happening to happen and proclaim it to fool people. Uthamaki is not meant for the Kikuyus; it has to change hands, and this is the time. Sasa anataka kutake advantage of this event to cheat people that he prophesied that uthamaki will change hand from Kikuyus to Luo.

Good message may God save us

Truth be told, well explained bishop. However, we learnt and were taught for the longest time that missionaries paved way for colonialists. They undermined our African cultures and made theirs superior. There is no culture that is perfect, we take what is good from both worlds. Another thing, christianity and advancements like technology etc are two different things. Let's embrace advancement and take whatever is valuable and reasonable from them. Am a christian but I know it is just one of the so many global religions. The bottom line is we just need a value system to guide our society whatever outfit it takes. I support a sound and upright value system. Muslims, Hindus, Chinese etc have firm value systems that are solidly guiding and propelling their societies beyond where Kenya is. Good leaders can be from any religion, race or ethnicity.
