Uterus | Female internal genital organ | Nursing Lecture
Uterus is a hollow muscular organ, where the fetus grows during pregnancy, here in this part of internal genital organs in female, it is explained with following points-
Shape - Pyriform
Position -Anteverted, Anteflexed
size - 7.5x5x2.5 c.m. 50 - 60 gm.
Parts- Fundus, body isthmus and cervix
Layers - Perimetrium, Myometrium & Endometrium
Relations - Anterior, Posterior & Lateral
Blood Supply- Uterine , Ovarian and vaginal artery, drains into uterine vein
Ligaments - Peritoneal & Fibromuscular ligaments

Hi Dr. I am from a small village of Rajasthan , and I am 20 year old. Mam 1 month phle hi meri shadi huyi or first night k time hmne protection bhi use Kiya tha lekin first'night k 6 din bad hi muje 16 days Miss hua period aaya tha lekin blooding bahut km huyi thi or 3 din me bnd ho gyi. Mam us bat ko 1 month bit gya or 2,3 day se mere pet k neeche vale hisse me bahut km, km pain ho rha h , to pragnancy k chance to nhi h na . Period ki date bhi 5,6 day bad h to kuch samjh nhi aa rha h , plzz clear my daubt . 🙏🙏
