Congratulations. Nice to see ladies hunting and getting a clean shot. Very sad to see the one that got away from another hunter. Guess that is always a chance that is taken. Sometimes no matter how careful we try to be a circumstance comes up where a shot is not what we want it to be. It really makes me worry about Utahs new mz laws on 1 power scopes and iron sights. Makes me worry that there will be more injured deer out there. I'm all for the safest shot with optics. Not every gun is up to the optics and a hunter should know the limits of their equipment and themselves. I worry that ones may try to shoot past the limitations of irons with these new laws. At any rate again Congratulations on a fine hunt.

Great buck but primitive weapon hunting is not long range.

Too bad the State of Utah just made her $7k muzzleloader illegal. I was there and the decision was done by millennials who have never shot a deer with open sights.

With all do respect, it's about time!! A muzzloader is a primitive weapon, get in close,stock your pray(as a primitive hunter) if you can't, then your not really hunting. The dollar sign on your weapon and the money you spent for a guided tour are the reason why the common folk can't draw a tag,because of your money and your videos!! Born and raised in that part of the country,53 years old and still can't draw that tag! Maybe when I hit the lottery, udwr will recognize my #

Actually the decision was made by a bunch of old dudes who grew up hunting with a patch and ball musket, do you think they had scopes on their hawkin? Probably not…
