The team’s in transition, and has now fallen behind many other countries. They haven’t had a decent coach since Ellis left. Hopefully, Hayes will bring them back to a high competition level.

Although certainly training hard, they sure seem comfortable. I wonder if part of training should include the mental/emotional stress of a big game.

I'm honestly not sure how I feel about these pieces anymore. When the USWNT was in sync and fierce, they were interesting glimpses into their chemistry. Now, it's hard not to think: "Uh, maybe you guys should get serious." Actually, I'm wondering now if we saw any of these before 2019. 🤔

I am still really pissed about the Mexico loss just a couple of days ago. I guess they get over it quicker than I do. I understand being lose, but they seem very unfocused in these clips. A bad look from my perspective.

I can't help but wonder if back in the days of Abby, Carli, Pinoe and crew, if this was any of their attitudes had they been losing as often as this team is now. Maybe a little less TikTok, and a bit more "refuse to lose...leave it all on the pitch" mentality. The culture needs to be relearned.

Not arguing… just to be fair they did these types of videos back in the day. I still remember that’s how I got to know Heather O’Reilly’s personality. Anyways I do hope they win!

The competition is way more equal now, this generation is putting themeselves at a disadvatage with all the social media fun. The Mexico squad takes their camps way more serious, which is becoming a problem for us.

While I do agree, it’s great they they’re having fun and learning more about each other. If they don’t have fun out there then what’s the point? Once they truly start playing like if they were 10 and being competitive while having fun I truly believe no one could beat them.
