I was truly privileged along with my dear brother Kash who represents the next generation of Qawwali tabla maestro's to spend a day with this legend. We talked, we laughed and of course tabla was played! Here he is in this phenomenal tabla solo during which he is conversation with Kash and talking about how he has managed to combine the Qawwali tabla with the classical tabla of Punjab.

A non punjabi Indian here. dilldaar saahab ko peechay baithay huay POOOORI shaam diligently tabla bajaatay huay dekha hai. Poori javaani bas yehi dekha hai. Mehnat ka ek EXAMPLE hai Dildaar. Bas itna he chaahta hoon ki kabhie bhi aap HALKAY mein naa bikein. NEVER. Meray say jitna hogo doonga dildaar saahab, lekin aap kabhi kisi say maangyiyga mutt. Chaahay woh karodon he na hon🙏
