Yes of course you can, but you have to use 28.000 gold to unlock all battle pass. Or you can use pay to win/vip battle pass method and this way you can unlock all vip items.

Buy the missouri if you like big cannon damage and shapes a dashing ww2 ship with a bit of Modernization, But if you like well complete weapon and a modern ship shapes just buy massachuset.
