    What haters though? Betting line had him as a big favorite.. media is on his nuts.. Dana was just saying he has a chance to be 1 of the best ever.. Everybody was rooting for him over Colby & Woodley.. Burns was extremely respectful the entire buildup to the fight. That narrative made 0 sense but some fighters just need that extra motivation to feel like they have something to prove

    A lot of the” disrepek “ came from his boring fight style of holding fighters against the cage and wrestling a lot .... but his striking is on point now and I believe he’s going to be a much more exciting fighter

    Gilbert is a three time world Jujitsu champion, he beat Kron Gracie. He's a straight up killer. Usman took his best shot and then annihilated him. The guy is on a different level. Reminds me of Marvelous Marvin Hagler

    I don't blame the guy he took the champs training camp and lost. Granted, Kamaru willingly left due to personal reasons but still Gilbert was overwhelmed not only because of the defeat but moving forward how his relationship with Kamaru will play out.

    Usman would be better liked if he had a lot of performances like with Colby or Gilbert, but he has mostly lame boring ones like the Masvidal fight, or the RDA or Maia or Leon Edwards. If he gives us more like this people will certainly like him more
