Great video, a lot better than the instructions that came with the diffuser. I really like the diffuser but don't know why it had to be so difficult to use. I also tried to get a hold of customer service and just left message. I finally got it work after hitting random buttons, it finally turned on. Thank you again.

Definitely not easy for me to set up but this is by far best video so far that I have seen. Question? How do I manually just turn it on without scheduling? If I hit on switch nothing happens?

@@levikeith1038 the on and off on the LX1200 is simply pressing the middle center button once (the side button is for fan on and off).

Hi. You can adjust the settings by raising the seconds "WORK" higher and lowering the "PAUSE" time.

I ordered one exactly like this except it is from Scentinent. Are these companies all the same? I’m not understanding. Mine also says it covers up to 3k square feet not 1200. Also, how do I get rid of military time?

Hi there. Please hold down the middle button in the circle menu button for 2 seconds for the light to come on and vise versa for it to go off.

My diffuser is displaying off on the screen but all settings are complete and the device is plugged in. How do I turn it on I suppose?

Whats the ml/hr for? The higher the number the more concentrated the scent?

Every diffuser dispenses a maximum amount of ML/H, which varies by model. The LX1200 can dispense up to 1 ML/H, so it should be set to 1.0 ML/H. This setting doesn't affect performance but helps the diffuser track usage and estimate when a refill is needed.

I had the same question. When setting the event start and end time determines if the unit will be off at a designated time. Example Event 1 start at 6am and ends at 9. The machine will be off until 6am the next day or until next time of I have additional events setup.

To reset to factory settings please go ahead and hold down the MODE button for 2-4 seconds till it beeps.

not aesthetically pleasing at all, just this big ugly black brick looking thing , that would not look good sitting on my coffee table , and its just too much with always having to deal with those settings...just to change the bottle out, i gotta spend 10 minutes playing with this thing? com 'on now.

After a while you get usurp the smell and don’t even notice. Guest will though. I forget what they call this but it happens to just about every one.
