You gave it the snip but it still managed to spawn a child .... wtf! Hey - I'm amazed to find that we have that brand here in lil' ole NZ - and that saw is available , but not the battery one. Looks great - nice and compact as you say.

Love this little saw. Light and efficient. Great and very handy for general rough cuts. My only improvement would be more choice for blades beyond the stock 24T it comes with. I’ve looked for other blades, with the same arbor hole, and more teeth (i.e. 40 teeth,etc). Anyone know a manufacturer that makes blades with more teeth and the correct arbor hole?

Neat. I bet you get a lot of use from that one.

I use the plug in version a lot, especially when cutting sheet material, so I'm going to start using this one and see how long the battery lasts 😀

I have this saw and it's very weak and clogs up with sawdust. Even when you cut 8mm wood board, after 20cm the saw becomes clogged with sawdust and the blade stops. In a saw with a cord, this problem does not occur because it is stronger and has a slightly different blade housing construction.

I have both versions and the corded one is stronger, obviously. I haven't had a problem with dust with the battery version though.

It comes with a diamond blade, so it should be fine. I have cut wood at the maximum thickness and it was fine.

Cool looking saw but terrible, just get a real cordless circular saw. That worx is hardly smaller that my dewalt and it makes the worx look like a toy cutting wood.
