Just bought an Arturia Keylab Pro to replace my old Novation Impulse which broke. But I've been looking also for a small controller with an arpeggiator (the Keylab doesn't have one, bizarrely). Thanks for the demos about the Oxygen Pro. I got the 49 version for my 50th birthday :) Your videos had much impact on my choice for my first real keyboard! I have a question. How to set up the arpeggiator to do typical octave bass like in 70-80s discomusic and make it split so you can play octave bass on the left and leads on right. Yes, im a beginner and this is probably very easy for people experienced with keyboards! A link to a tutorial if mr DSoundman does not have the time is appreciated too :)

Great instruction, you have a gift for teaching. I followed everything and it worked fine in Cakewalk for Windows, but when you got to the part about using the knobs (8:35), holding SHIFT and turning them did not do anything. Do you know if that should work in Cakewalk? Thanks for any help!

OK good. For me as a beginner I will very much appreciate if you tell the basic things, how to start, record, and save from keyboard, when I can use knobs and what software you use and what software I should use. I have oxygen pro 61 but I think is the same controls. Thanks for the help

Can you do a video on how to change the octave of the pads ? I want to use them for drums but they play too low also I can’t figure out note repeat

in addition, if you turn off the internal tempo (long press on tempo button and setting the encoder to external) The arp function will not work in mpc beats. Like he said the arp function is reliant on tempo...hope this helps someone, it drove me nuts!! peace.

Been there, done that. Thought my new controller was broken! But I changed the setting previously to external so I could get the light to stop blinking.

Hey I cant figure out how to scroll through the different sections on my drum rack with this controller it will only let me switch between the 2 banks but the akai mpk mk3 mini let's me scroll up and down the whole drum rack

curious if there is a way to have the arp play the same note more than once during the sequence. like for example if i wanted a C E G B E B A G repeat sequence, all in the same octave. i thogutht that it was, but im struggling to figure out how to execute it.

Good morning, Please excuse my english ! I would like to know how can i put different chords on different pads on the Oxygen Pro please. I just want to save a chord on a pad and do the same thing on another pad but with another tonality. I don't want to use Chord Mode, but actually the Oxygen let me just use this chord mode and it plays chords only in major or only in minor and the chords are placed anywhere. I hope you have understand me Thank you very much for your help.

Hi ! BIG TROUBLE when using the arpeggio fastly with a MIDI TRS cable. One random note is stuck after a while. Any solution? ANOTHER BIG ISSUE with the Arpeggio is that it puts some random chords in the middle of the flow of arpeggios.

When I click (windows) link just below the authorization code 403-forbidden http is poping up my window (how can I solve that)

How are you getting the MOD wheel to do that at 8:14? It does nothing on mine (is it plug in related? I'm using ez strings)

It is plugin relates. You'll have to cc map it to the preffered parameter or supported daw might do that for you as you can usually put anything on the mod wheel.

That's great, but how do you get it to follow the tempo from the DAW (Logic in my case)? On my Akai it would do that but on this i need to input the tempo manually, really annoying
