For perfect corner positioning change the auto/start point to bottom and whatever corner. You’ll never go over the corner seam that way.

Yea I will be, I feel it's a little challenging for me because its a whole lot more talking and explaining but for sure will be getting into digitizing using hatch

Great job. Are these “one off design jobs”? If so would you mind sharing how much you are charging? I’m at around $16.50 for a Richardson 112 with a 12 hat minimum.

@@sunrisetacticalgear2676this one was a one off In hopes to get more business which worked and yea right on the money I did 17. Maybe could’ve gone a little higher since it’s a few things on one hat but they’re all small so I didn’t

@@tkstitch Construction companies and farmers are my biggest customers, they like to give swag away,, especially around Christmas. I will hit 4 years in my embroidery journey this January, I have had a used Brother, and older Tajimas, then settled on Barudans since I’m focused on hats,,,but my 12 year old Tajima would out stitch my Barudans on flat garments. I sold my last Tajima this Spring so I can have 2 matching Barudan Pro 3’s, same hoops and hat frames, makes larger jobs easier.

If you were just doing the T, how many hats could you do in 1 hour?

About 2 or 3 hats. Per hour. Each blank hat cost around $6-$7 (Depending on your vendor)
