i can not understand for p in $( seq 1); do openssl rand -base64 48 | cut -c1-$pass_length done

In this loop, the variable p is assigned the value of 1 (as specified by seq 1). The openssl rand -base64 48 command generates a random string of length 48 using OpenSSL. Then, the cut -c1-$pass_length command cuts the generated string from the first character to the length specified by the variable $pass_length.
