Thank you so much for the kind words! Getting that smooth overdrive sound involves a mix of the right gear and technique. Also, playing dynamics play a huge role; the way you attack the strings can really influence the overdrive's character. Experimenting with your gear and playing style is key. Hope this helps.

@kwilson27278 I play a lot of CCM and newer worship like elevation worship and hillsong worship. But I have a strong love for traditional gospel and quartet!

I have a Boss ME80 and have been looking to gets the best tones with it. Don't know if it is the best or something else recommended. I wonder if you can do videos on backing up a preacher too.

So if I am playing congregational and quartet songs should I be on the bridge pickup on my strat?

:( this is the tone I'm looking for but can't get!! :( I'm ashamed to say that I have an hx stomp but still get this type of overdrive tone. I always end up using the distortion, it's too saturated I'm not satisfied the note are blurry ... any tips ?
