That there is the backbone of Danish construction. It's being used for almost all large scale projects and has found a good place within rail construction. Good to see some Danish ingenuity in the States!

All I can say is OUTSTANDING!!! I'm really impressed and think you made a very wise choice in this purchase. This will save you tons of wear and tear on your other equipment in addition to all the other positive points you mentioned. You can always count on good ol' Dirt Boss for great counsel. The side dump features and being a little older unit is the best of all worlds. BTW, that perimeter looked pretty sharp to me. Looking forward to your next video.

That little off road dump is nice. I used to run a 28 ton Randon. I have a front wheel assist farm tractor and a 15000 lb. dump trailer. I'll pull the trailer with a custom hitch made to fit a Category 2 quick hitch. It would work better if the cylinder was powered by the tractor hydraulics instead of the electric pump. This trailer was made to pull behind a pickup. Great vidya Dirty Money. Cheers.

Im so happy that you found this haul truck. By the time you figure out all the function… school will be out and you’ll be ready to train Elite Lad! It’s perfect for repetitive short hauls. Quick, agile and great on uneven/soft surfaces. Having that Case available is a real bonus. Saved you transport, hours and frees the Koochie up for other jobs. I wasn’t ready for 90 degrees yesterday. Mike and I had a job taking down trees around a house… chainsawing ain’t summer work for me! Thanks for posting, I enjoyed it.

Congratulations on the the haul truck. Being able to dump off to either side is a cool feature and may come in very handy on some jobs. You've come a long way in a short time on equipment inventory. Job is looking good. Frank (digginok) should be proud of "footings" (basement).

That rotator under the bed is a game changer. I've only ever seen that on the tracked dump trucks before they use on the power and pipe lines here. Do you think it'd handle sideboards like Chris has on Barney? Our 730s and 735 CATs came with steel sideboards also. Added about 5 tons or so of capacity. Wasn't sure if that'd just end up wearing it out that much faster. Another advantage to the 4 tire truck vs 6 tires like the big ones is you're not tearing the ground up when you turn and drag those axles around back there. Much less repair after. Sweet truck!

It’s super handy!

This Hydrema haultruck is in fact an old design. They started production around 1998, and has just adjusted and refined the design since then. If you ever need parts, but you don’t because of the build-quality, you just go out and find any modelyear and replace one to one. In Denmark it is used in almost all constructing project no matter size, because of the versatility, and the fact that you almost never get stuck no matter the conditions. It is streetlegal over here, so if you need to switch jobsite, you just hit the road at 30-35 mph the second you finished dumping last load.

I visited the factory back in 98'-99'-ish. Already back then they used waterjets or was it plasmacutters (?) to cut the parts and a 3-axis weldingrobot to make the bed. It was surreal to see the bed sitting on a 10 feet tall rotissery, while a ABB-robotarm with surgical precision welded it together.

I’ve got several jobs coming up where I need to move a lot of material on site to build pads and roads so this will be quicker than a loader. Yeah they are pricey. New they are around $235k so $100k wasn’t too bad 🤣

Nice acquisition Brandon!! Nothing is cheap anymore, but you could have been silly and spent that much on a fancy 1 ton instead!! This will pay itself off on its own and definitely create more cashflow in the meantime!! Much better recovering 1/4 the cost or so on the next few jobs than throwing it away renting a similar machine! Your boy, at 15 years old is definitely at the right age to run the truck. I learned how to run a Terex TS-14 earthmover when I was 15. I did that early morning to about 4 pm, came home & farmed until about 10 pm and that was 5 or 6 days a week, mostly 6 days. I made a LOT of $$ that summer and that’s when I decided I liked to work!! Work was play time to me! Not saying your boy will be like that, but the pay is likely a lot better than flipping burgers and he is starting to learn a trade!! An good equipment operator will almost always have work available to them. You know this yourself. I know!! Sorry, I get excited when I see a good opportunity fora kid to learn more than what to do flipping burgers or some of the more typical jobs that kids usually have to start working in. It’s all good learning, I just like this subject better!! Heh heh. Good on ya!! Take care!!

That’s for sure on the prices. I totally agree about my son, I don’t think he’s really into this type of work but it will be good for him and I’m sure he will enjoy the money and working outside. I would like him to pitch in some on a vehicle too. I think he will take better care of it if he has to invest some of his money and time towards it. Appreciate you watching as always

It wasn’t bad, a little slow in the hydraulic functions and light in the rear but a pretty solid machine
