@@Alucard632 not every noob player. Everyone. Did you fucking see the last OCG meta report? Zekken went 9 - 0 in his last tournament run and he ran 3 Maxx C along with basically everyone else.

In case anyone wondering, even if you discarded Iron Core due to Card Destruction, you cannot apply the Draw Phase effect of Iron Core if you do not have a card left in your Deck, because you cannot draw in the first place, you cannot apply the "instead of drawing" effect. Thus, your defeat is inevitable.

Infinite Cards: either player have hand limit, Card of Safe Return: when a monster is special summon, draw 3 cards, Revival Slime\Revival Jam: when this monster is destroy, special summon it back to the field in defense position, Defense Slime\Jam Defender: when Revival Slime\Revival Jam is on the field, you can redirect any attack to it. Yugi chain "Brainwashing - Brain Control" when Revival Slime\Revival Jam effect trigger causing it to special summon on Yugi's field allowing Marik to draw 3 cards, but Osiris\Slifer effect trigger in respond to a summon and destroy Revival Slime\Revival Jam because it's defense is less than 2000 which trigger Revival Slime effect and special summon back to Yugi's field which causes Marik to draw 3 cards which in return trigger Osiris\Slifer effect to destroy Revival Slime\Revival Jam and the loop starts all over again causing Marik to deck out.

This strategy seems to be purposely made for someone to use Maxx C which is so cool to me

So, instead of just using Droll, they turn the opponent's handtrap into a win condition. Yep, that's definitely an anime duel.

Droll is a horrible way to counter maxx c in a synchron deck. It stops BOTH players from adding cards from their deck to their hand, which turns off hyper librarian.

Maxx C is a double edged sword. You can draw a lot of cards, but if the opponent has an infinite summon combo, it can be heavily punished.

I bet the dude was just going to play the game like normal but then saw the Maxx "C" and said "OH ALRIGHT WE'LL DO IT YOUR WAY THEN".

As someone who supposed to follow OCG banlist and rulings (because I'm Asian but not Japanese anyway), I feel proud and confused at the same time because I'm in TCG community for a long time. I usually use card destruction for preventing brick than thinking for disrupting opponent's hand so that's why I'm a bit surprised.

the funniest part of this game, is the Developer who created the ultra slow chain\effect resolve and the rest of omega slow graphic interactions , Compared to yugioh 2022 where you use half your deck during the OPPOSITE turn ONE .

I just cant get enough of this yusei fudo over this situation its hilariously cool

Yeah... thats why when you see a Synchron deck its best to deal with the shenanigans of their first turn. Honestly the Halfribrax was bait enough, if a Synchron deck goes into a link with Carrier and Junk instead of Something like Junk Speeder then its clearly a bait for something especially if its Turn 1. Best thing to do if you can fit it, is have Exodia in your deck.

That's why you should play more handtraps beside ash blossom and maxx'C
