keep trying the second use case but for some reason photoshop keeps breaking and when i end up painting instead of being regular its just black boxes or nothing occurs

what is the style of the photo you used?? i have been trying to find photos in that fantasy glowing style but i cant find any.

well i have this problem when i try to merge layer with gradient map the color completely changes

notes - use gradient map on destaruated images cause it WORKS on luminosity values - gm with noise - under layer - GRADIENT MAP GLOW - PAINT AURA LOOK NOT HALATION - COLOR GRADING WITH GM
