I looove the second stencil and I'm a sucker for bronze 😄! When you coloured that print by hand with these lovely shades of blue, green and purple my heart did the happy dance. And thank you for moving it for us(15:20) so we could enjoy all its glory! That's my fav, but all other prints look amazing, too ... as always😃! Froyle…..You are just pure joy to watch ! I love your videos and, as a newbie to Gel Press plates, am learning so much from them all….Thank you 🤗🥳🤗🥳 Wishing you every continued success…and all the very best to you. I have seen the Elizabeth St.Helier tutorials where she uses those fabulous stencils , but unfortunately Joggles do not post to the UK, which is where I live…..so I will have to rally round and ask some relatives in the States to send them to me !

In case you didn’t know, Quin nickel azo gold has been discontinued by Golden, because pigment is no longer available. Stock up while you can!

I bought two 32 oz containers of QNAG. Totally freaked out by the thought of that not being in my life. 🫣 I may be able to deal without the other Quinacridone colors. But not nickel azo gold.

Try spraying the rice paper on the back side. You get the color soaking to the front without covering your metallics. Love your videos and look forward to them!

I love what you did with using the spray on the rice paper. If all you were going to do is the spray, you could probably spray it from the back side since the color goes all the way through it that would save I think in the clean up of the painted areas? These are beautiful. I have looked at those stencils and liked them very much but I wasn’t sure what I would do with them. I can’t wait to see your upcoming video when you use them in your collage work. Thank you for this idea.

Love watching your channel! These are beautiful, as usual. Maybe I'm speaking to soon...but with rice paper you can spray your inks on back side and will absorb where you want...try it, its fun!

Those turned out beautiful.... Remember when you do collage with distressed oxide they will reactivate and smear.

Oh yes that can be so painful! Sometimes I will spray them with a matte varnish to help prevent that! 😘 cheers Froyle

Try putting color on the back of the paper with metallic on front

Wow beautiful prints! I did just get my first gelli plate, and of course the bronze, but i had no luck pulling an even print. Plus i had to use a wipe to get the paint off of the plate. It looks so easy when you do it lol!

Dusty Concord - Concord is a type of purple grape and the color is a dusty purple. They could have called it Dusty Grape but what would be the fun in that? 😆

what if you spray the back, then you wouldn't have to worry about cleaning off or covering up the original paint.

@@FroyleArt watch some of Eizabeth St. Hilare, she always colors from the back, it is a very wet process and she always uses rice paper. Her work is just as colorful as your beautiful work!
