K-Beauty brands are super natural, not as pigmented as Western Beauty/products so definitely meant to achieve a different look! but K beauty toppers are amazing (not a lot of base pigment, but formulated to have no fallout, ethereal sparkle) I feel like you would enjoy those more!! nothing beats k-beauty toppers/glitters! edited: also LIP PRODUCTS, unbeatable, brands I recommend you try rom&nd (glasting lip tints, juicy lip tints) only thing though is not a lot of nude shades but pinks, berries, deep reds and browns, and brighter colors! iykyk

I started leaning into annabelle products since you showed that translucent powder and I’m loving it, nice drugstore option for Canadian girlies! Would love to see a full face/trial for them :)

When you put on that first lip color, I gasped. GORGEOUS.

Eyeshadow in Korean-style make-up is meant to be more sheer and subtle. I've lived here for almost a decade and have never bought an eyeshadow palette here. The lip products on the other hand...😍😍😍

That sucks - especially since they're not the cheapest Korean makeup brand. Will defs avoid!

I feel like out of more recent kbeauty offerings, you would really enjoy Hince. Their aesthetic is very earthy and calm with lots of muted tones (the cooler ones especially feel unique to me) and natural finishes. I especially like their radiance balms and lip products. I don't think their website offers international shipping anymore though 😕

You should do a full face of brands only available in Canada like Annabelle and Quo, just to make it even for us that can not get so many products that are available in the States! 😂 I’m joking but the pain is real sometimes for us Canadian!

K beauty usually has sheer eyeshadows because they love that more natural look. However Clio and Heimish have good eyeshadows with pigmentation.

Undone beauty is a very exciting brand to me. My sister got me hooked when she let me borrow her undone beauty concealer. The price point is also shocking! So affordable for such great products that have zero fragrance and no weird ingredients that irritate my skin- and the longevity is impressive! I’m so happy you were able to try out their products. The entire line has been a go-to for me recently ❤️❤️

The concealer from Undone Beauty is amazing! I always think it can't be as good as I think it is (because it's so inexpensive) but it just works so well. I have mature skin so I use the top sheer formula under my eyes and the more opaque formulas to spot conceal. Perfection.

ikr people's review of the undone beauty stuff has been weird. In general, lots of review on YT aren't helpful esp with the 'oh this is my first impression but it's a review' bullshit. I even saw one person say 'oh this undone beauty concealer has three different strips I don't know what it is for, I didn't look up but it doesn't matter' like????

Is the Undone rosewood blush a similar tone to the Rose Inc foxglove blush you’ve been using recently?

Those Undone bronzer and blush sticks have been my no-makeup go-to this Spring/Summer! I just swipe it on with a little mascara and under eye concealer and I’m ready to go. They look incredible on bare skin and work beautifully as a lip tint, too. Without sweating off my face. One of my favorite finds of the year!

I reach for the concealer over my high end frequently,love the blushes!

I absolutely adore Dear Dahlia❤ I have the matte lip/cheek products (I'm sorry, idk what its called🤷🏼‍♀) but, I use it on my lips,cheeks and eyes. I have the guava color and I'm completely in LOVE!!!

K-beauty brands are all about soft pigment. It looks like DD was exactly right for their beauty style. I noticed someone else recommended ByTerry and I second that. I bet you'll love their products.

You shoulda tried blending out the undone water highlighter on hand..ig the 'water' range is equivalent of the water lip/cheek tints...which when u just swatch it without blending look very intimidating and the pigment is concentrated. Which is prolly why the bronzer turned out to be much different than you originally swatched. I'd be curious to see what the highlighter looks like when you do that.
