Sing "Stayin' Alive" by Bee Gees in heart. "Ah, ah, ah, ah, stayin' alive, stayin' alive" Perfect 100-120 pace for 8 compressions. 30 compressions + 2 breaths (about 1s each) and repeat.

The use of the AED was ok. The compression rate should be between 100 and 120 compression per minute. We also don't (look listen and feel) put our ear (face) right next to their mouth (face) when we are checking for a pulse and breathing anymore. We also haven't given ventilation before compression in over 10 years. I think they need a more updated version.

Really good instructions! Although, the first guy giving the chest compressions was going too quickly (>100-120 compressions per minute). Just keep that in mind when giving chest compressions! My instructor went over this part very clearly when I was trained last month and explained that the heart won't have enough time to get the blood to rebound if it is done too quickly.
