Does the calculated profile only work for this lightning then? Or can you use it in any photo taken with your camera? I assume it’s the first? Trying to figure out if there is a way to make my own camera profile in a sense

Yes it's for the particular lighting and scene. I would think you'd need a large variety of shots in many different lighting scenarios to build your own model.
