That's what you say now. Trust me, and it is not that easy. Get them into shelters, first, home shares. Let the adults get jobs, kids in school. And then get them into low income housing. Don't go from first base all the way to home. Stop at 2nd and 3rd so that they are secure. If we rush to get them straight into a house, they'll be right back on the streets.
