Tell Tabo to play pickleball, the prize money is crazy, there's $75 singles champ, another tourney gives like $245k in prize money another $120K.

This sport needs to be profitable for a franchise to take it to the baseball, basketball, and football level of fan viewership in order for it to be successful. The sport of handball just for some reason is not profitable to the mainstream media. Schools don't promote it like the other sports because handball is more personal than the above teamwork sports franchise I mentioned. For example, the most players in handball are four players. In singles two. Now tennis is an exception as it has been able to get to a high margin of viewership due to the investments people and families have invested for more than hundred years in the sport. Handball is a poor man's game hence the media doesn't see any value in it. Handball can become a high viewership sport if R&D is introduced to make the sport more enjoyable to watch. For example, I watched a video that Taiwan did with commentary, and it made the viewing of the game more interesting as he was explaining shots, movements, timing, etc. in real time. This is what needs to happen people we need to make it great as the other sports to make it watchable and exciting.

People can find this as exciting as the Super Bowl, but as long as the average person has to drive hundreds of miles if not thousands to play it themselves, then all it's ever going to be is entertainment. Hitting a ball without equipment is just not understood by people who didn't grow up around it. I believe the game is at the point where it's not growing, it's not dying, it is what it is. A niche game that's loved by its limited fan base and that's good enough for most of us. Not every sport has to blow up.

90% of Tywan's serves were foot shorts. Aside from that Tywan did not play his best game and Tavo did. Tavo went old school in this game and that's what he should always do. He has the skill to kill the damn ball with both hands and none of this just return the volley nonsense. I lost track of how many kill shots he went for and he made most of them. There is no defense against a roller and that's how we did it back in the old days. KILLER INSTINCT! GO TAVO!!
