Usually if you want to use your ultimate as Valentina is when you want to fight back against enemies, not run away from them. Valir is useless, great at poking early game, low durability throughout the whole game.

Bro called kag's ult useless. It's very useful in group fights to jump in and knock back all the enemies to give your team a chance to run or something else

I consistently pull out double kills with Clint's ult as Valentina. The great amount of physical dmg she gains is equivalent to her magic dmg, which would usually make her get more dmg on the ultimate than Clint himself. Also, you can trigger Lightning Truncheon out of that from far away.

You're forgetting about the passives. Clint is useful to copy - added damage from basic attack after using a skill, & she can spam her skills
