@@musicislife6250 ă is pronounced like the "i" in "bird" or "i" in "first" or "ou" in "labour", so you could basically spell them as "bărd", "fărst", "labăr"(but don't ever write this last word to a romanian because they will think you're calling them a "lăbar" which means "masturbater"), and tbh you can get away with pronouncing it as just "a" if it's too hard for you

Most languages are really interesting to learn Some are a bit tricky, due to their short alphabet, missing vowels I prefer German or Spanish

I am so happy I found this! I’ve been trying to learn Romanian on Duolingo for the past few weeks and it’s been an absolute nightmare! I can’t find anything useful to say, so finding this is an absolute lifesaver. It’s so much easier to learn by these videos in my opinion.

Oh, you will have a lot of fun with Portuguese too! :) I have been learning it for like 5 years now (with breaks inbetween) and it's so beautiful and such a pleasure to aquire, once you start understanding it and get into Brazilian and Portuguese culture, it's amazing! Well, I wouldn't say she's Romanian. Her English is "too perfect". Something in her accent would've betrayed her. Now, if you permit me, I'll make a small correction of your Romanian expression. To say "este doar perfecta" sounds odd in Romanian. You only need to drop the "doar". Este perfectă! 😊

I got a Romanian phrase book for a few pounds on ebay. Have a look. Have to say hearing it and seeing it written down helps me much more than just reading. Good luck. So similar to italian,I wanted an Italian Romanian dictionary but couldn't find one.

i'm glad i came across this because the only romanian word i can recall knowing about is budos olah which means 'stinky romanian' and well that's an insulting term.
