Thank you so much, Ben. This video has hit the spot as well. In my last speaking test in the EOI I made a list of useful expressions for agreeing and disagreeing. Agreeing: Certainly, Indeed, Undoubtedly, That´s exactly what I think/feel, I have to side with you on this issue, You can say that again, It´s crystal clear that we are on the same page, etc. Disagreeing: I don´t think so, I don´t see eye to eye with you, I must take issue with that, I´m afraid I don´t really think you are right/that´s right, Obviously, we are on different pages, Undoubtedly, our positions are at opposite poles, I don´t buy it, etc. There are hundreds of them.

It is extremely useful, Ben! I haven't heard of some of them. Let me ask you a question, please. Is there any rule or trick to understand when we use "that" and "which", it throws me off cause I've heard many people saying "that" all the time. Would you please explain it if it is possible. Thanks Ben for that, just watched this video before my exam and I believe I nailed it. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that the examiner (the woman who wasn't the interlocuter) was not writing down anything; she was just listening the whole time. That looked quite bizarre since shouldn't she have been writing down phrases and stuff to be able to justify the marks she would give us? Thanks in advance!
