I like to reward Jesse with treats, toys, play, and praise. Jesse loves to do his tricks and will gladly do them for the fun of doing the tricks too=o)

Not only does he work, he does it with a big smile on his face! What a sweetie pie.

My family had a clever affectionate jack russell terrier, she died at the old age of 20, and she looked a little like Jesse. She only had the brown patch over one eye though. I started crying when she brought you the towel in the shower. It’s so delightful to for once see a dog that has such immense fun and is proud doing the learnt tricks! She reminded me so much of my old dog lady. I still can’t stop crying, both from joy and incredible sadness. Thank you and thank you, Jesse.

Thank you =o) Jesse is my first and only dog; he was the inspiration to start teaching tricks. We learned by instinct and trial and error. I teach and talk to him like I would a friend, and he picked up what I was trying to teach him very quickly. Reading positive reinforcement and relationship-based training books have also helped along the way :o)

Yes, Jesse does relax, lol =o) These tricks are not something we do all day every day. He enjoys cuddling up on the couch to watch a movie after a nice day playing.

Jesse actually does a trick better if we don't work on it too much. When we are learning something new, and take time off from working on it, then come back to the same trick in the future, Jesse's skills have improved since the last time we worked on that behavior. I tell Jesse I think he has been practicing his tricks when I'm not looking =o)

This is the cutest thing I will have watched all day. There were so many wonderful parts to this video. >.< I think Jesse's cutest moment was when he was carrying his own basket in the store. Jesse is really a creative energetic and sincere one who has been doing all his works with full concentration. I am amazingly pleased and love him very much. My dog kiko is also performing little bit like Jesse.....but Jesse is the champion......How you trained him and how he learn quickly the tricks what you wishes to do next or how he maintain the serial...that's really tough job what you brilliantly did and I am fully amazed...that's is really beautiful....!!! God bless him...
