20 years ago one of the few vhs tapes I could get my hands to watch and learn was the same coach I'm watching demo here. Incredible coaching. This stuff wasn't just tossed around on KZread, you had to show up at a seminar if you're lucky enough.

Contemporary students have no conception of how fortunate they are for the wealth of great stuff out there. I remember taping ANYTHING that EVER aired on TV to study. 1986 DIv I Nationals: Iowa Wrestler Marty Kistler's Single-Leg comes to mind.
Very good instructional DVD. Especially for big guys. Highly recommend.
