As a dermatologist, I will clear all doubts regarding glutathione.. So, i confirm glutathione soap did lightness but it would take some 100 years to lighten your skin as contact time is negligible.. nevertheless capsules also does not are that efficient but yah you can see results in 6-7 months.. best is IV injection but I don't recommend at all for many reason.....

Use a home remedy .. make a thick paste of rice flour(chawal ka atta), gram flour (besan), curd , honey, almond oil. Use this twice a week or alternate days while bathing. Avoid direct sunlight, apply sunscreen. I used all this, now my hands are looking better. No tanned look.

@@KeErThuX2675 it's alright if you don't want to use sunscreen rn but do wear full clothing or gloves to protect your hands while outside in sun i.e while riding two wheelers or use umbrella while walking etc. Don't worry it's just a phase because once your school days are over your skintone will eventually be improved. Speaking this from my experience, majority of the people experience this issue.. but it gets better with time, trust me! 😇
