I am 57 years old and for the last 56 years, I realized most of it has been a waste, because I was lazy and relied on pipe dreams! The last year, I finally realized what is important, God and then myself. I have always had a warrior spirit inside, but was like a yo-yo at best when working out, although, when being active, that is my true happy place. First and foremost, my true inspiration is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I can pray for others, and pray that God blesses them, whether they are a true Christian, believer, atheist, or whatever. I will always reveal my true self and beliefs, and I am an obedient son of God, and for somebody to cut down someone, because they may be offended or find that person not of true Christian faith, well shame on you. I simply stated that Goggins was an inspiration as far as my pushing of myself as it pertains to the physical realm! My Lord and savior, Jesus Christ is my true faith and belief in the spiritual realm, and pushes me in everything that I do. Goggins speaking has not fully but semi opened my eyes. Iv made alot of changes recently and there all for the better I have family close again and friends that's a like minded I'm at college I wish to live now and IV joined the gym I started listening to his quotes and Joe rogans one day a week then after about my feed changed and all motivation came through it but I made the choice to search for him and listen and the algorithm did the rest. I feel if we open that door and search we wil find the way I did an have iv work todo but the works started x

My greatest discomfort is the feeling of procrastinating. So I will face it and procrastinate first thing in the morning and throughout the day even when I don't want to. Stay Hard

When I was about 20 years old I was in a long-distance relationship and I could feel it breaking apart, the end of the romance was near. I was upset and bothered by this and that’s when my good friend who is from Brazil and a jujitsu black belt looked at me lovingly and with encouragement said “training bro“ I will never forget that.

I would never join Uncle Sam's navy to export war for the elites. Nor would I wake at 6am to run a marathon when I could invest that energy in say helping my community & smiling along the way

I don't even have the capacity to consume this video. I just got reminded because I absorbed a bit or a piece the other day. Honestly, they don't really give a flying F about veteran crisis. They just stomp on fighters. I was red & they just broke my boundary. They keep picking & I'm going to end up dead. Anyways a crime was committed against me. Didn't realize they wanted to make it that psychotically mental, like I just wanted to go to college. Just wanted to take my old rusty car to college. I don't even remember my point. My intention. They just broke in.

37000 & it was more than my salary. It was a crime I don't know how to express innocence or intellect, the truth is intention falls to the floor every time. Yeah, they just whipped me & labeled it as an "anxiety attack" when I was fighting. I was fighting. my religion just got discriminated against. I don't know. I miss the rusty little red ford focus wagon with the Zetec engine that I did so much work & emotion onto.

I knew about God, I brought my books along on my first lease. & they made me bleed. They fricking broke glass on my books. While I was reading. Heard it in my conscientiousness from the "neighbors"... that's not good... that appropriate everything it's what I get for living with toxic family members who have a relationship with the amp & the engine.

Its so easy to be a failure to be like everyone else to be fat enjoying life its so sad because people eat junk food and drink most days and think oh im enjoying life how is killing yourself yourself enjoying life why not run everyday why not be different why not chase stuff😊
