you can format with exFAT and avoid NTFS overhead. and with exFAT you are not limted to 4GB file limit size. exFAT (not fat16/32) + 32GB max available + avoid overhead present with NTFS (exFAT is better here)

Should this be considered as increasing RAM or as a kind off small ssd drive?

Recently tried this on a spare PC with a traditional HDD. It was pretty cool to see, but I am not sure if it created any real benefit.

Use this device is better than dedicate? Use is for both storage and booster? Thanks.

When I explored using ReadyBoost just to see what it was like I got a message saying my system cannot use ReadyBoost because my PC is too fast and would not benefit from ReadyBoost. Obviously that’s a good thing.

Depending on how much RAM you have. You can tell the difference if you have only 4 GB, but if you have more than 8 GB, there will not be that much of a difference.

the readyboost tab isnt showing up when I do this
