what is the cable called which has micro usb pin at one end and other end as input to easycap capture device.becz tats does not come along with camera .camera just comes with usb cable.Does the recorded video has audio/video out of sync problm

What is that lead called? The one that comes out of your camera to the other leads that then go in to the easycap?
