This is great. USD should continue to find ways to acknowledge and promote their history and contributions to the sport

This was so enjoyable to watch. Your energy was perfect. Matthias your techy side and delivery style with Nick’s dry comedy could be its own podcast. At the very least, the Powerslide All stars ✨,it’ll be funny and interesting technically.

Takeshi has a pro skate now. An Aeon “68”. It’s actually an Aeon 72 but with 68 mm wheels. His brother Eito deserves a pro skate too. They’re both amazing skaters!

I love the Sways. But why you can not make more shell sizes? In the upper range it is crap because if you have size 45 you have to take the 45-46 shell. And this one is too big if you have size 45 (looks also not so good because of the length).

The blading market isn't that big anymore. Molds cost 10s of thousands to make. And more sizes means more risk of leftover inventory sitting in stores taking up space.

Its like this with any brand in the industry that has shells with split sizes. If you're ever on the smaller size of the shell, you won't get the best experience and responsiveness the skate has to offer. It costs more to adjust the shell itself, than to modify liners to be thinner, so maybe you can downsize to the next smaller sized shell. Basically the whole reason I have ridden Xsjado skates for the last 12 years.

If you’re a 45 you will easily fit into the 43-44 shell with a thinner liner. It’s what I did and I’m closer to a 46. Just buy shell or boot only and get something like an Intuition or Myfit 2nd skin.

Is there any possibility you’ll be updating the ‘lips’ at the back of the ankle of the skate, that are allowing the cuff to flex forward with no resistance?

You must not be a very serious skater because a new soulplate is a very big deal. Both skates have a 45° strap. And the Chris Farmer liners are much higher quality and better performing than the basic. Many people place a lot of importance on aesthetics and don't like solid black or white so it's good for attracting more skaters.

@@uu3903 new soul plate, wow, they didn’t re invent the wheel. You do realize there was a time when people didn’t need a massive soul plate and a 45 degree strap right? Since you are a “serious skater”, I assume you do know that.
