QC stands for "quick charge".

Great video.. I'm new to the Golf Car world I have a 2018 Club Car Tempo I'm seeing you have a single battery does that mean all batteries can be replaced by a single Lithium battery and what does that cost to do? Do you have to change anything else to do that upgrade? Lastly what brand is that voltage tester you're using in the video I'd like to pick one of those up to have on hand?

Sorry I missed your comment it’s been a while ago! Feel free to reach out to me about lithium batteries, also the voltage tester I use I picked up off Amazon and it works great!

I have a pretty similar situation. I have lights off of a voltage reducer in my EZGO TXT. I am adding usb charging port. I like the idea of tying the positive into the positive for the lights. Given that mine is a different make and model I don’t have that unused negative wire. Could I tie that into the negative on the lights as well so both the positive and negative for the charger are tied into the wires on the lights?

Yes, but I would check your output voltage to your lights before you start and make sure the voltage going to your lights do not overload your USB port. Example… Some USB ports will reduce up to 48 V down to the USB current, while others will not go above 12 V. So just double check the capacity of your USB port and whatever Voltage your headlights are running off of. The majority of aftermarket headlights run 16 V or less, good luck!

Believe it or not, one port works one port does not! I think it is a defective Club Car port. So I have not replaced it yet, but if one works in one does not… It’s gotta be the charging port
