What is the yellow ring for? I didnt get one in my order. But still really like this product. Fits in my truck, c UK ts down on stacking gallon bottles on the passenger floor.

I didn’t get no rubber only 2 tiny plastic pieces and a tube and the silver thing and don’t know how to assemble it

Mine is not flowing properly, the water either does not come out or it is making a spurting action.

I installed one at home, but i lose too much water at the small pipe when I press to take water

Mine has a silicone tube and brings a little plastic to put where?

I charge it with a power bank. It’s nice and portable. I bought 3 of these, I used 1 to make a water fountain for my cat

Yes but Not the USB-C.

My unit displayed a solid red light while charging in the past. When done, the solid red light would disappear. Now it displays a blinking red light that never goes away while charging. When I unplug it and utilize the unit, the charge lasts for about fifteen seconds. I'm guessing the battery is boned, right?

When you dispense the water and press the button on top, the power will automatically turns on. It will both work with or without the charger at the back, of course you need to charge it to use it wirelessly.

This is my 2nd dispenser as it starts leaking. Does anyone face the same issue, the leakage...

Mine didn’t leaked. Make sure the nozzle is properly attached as the nozzle is removable for easy cleaning. Try pushing the nozzle in a little bit.

Nice video, I think I lost my usb cable that came in the box, will any usb cable charge this thing? I'm currently waiting to see a green light, Id appreciate anyone's advice! I have millions of usb cables just laying around. Look forward to hearing form the comments!

Yes any micro USB will work as long as its for charging. Some Micro USB only works to transfer data.

I was hoping you would have shown how you actually fit the pump to the bottle. Question do you have to remove the cover of the bottle and then put on the pump or the cover remains with the centre punched out?

Leave cover on punch in the hole place tubing in hole and press dispenser on bottle. Hope that helped

I'm trying to fill a gallon bottle from a 5 gallon bottle with it and it keeps on stopping in between. It's rather annoying

It shouldn’t stop. Maybe your dispenser is defective. Mine doesn’t stop unless i stop pressing it.

This product must have a sensor . It automatically stops after filling around 1.5 litre bottle .

Hi thanks 🙏 device is suitable for gallon barrels with a 2.16inch(5.5cm) neck. Fits 2, 3, 4, 5 gallon water bottles. Don't need to pry the lid.Not for screw tops or bottle without cap. Universal Fit:4.5L, 5L, 7.5L, 10L, 11.3L, 15L, 18L Bottled Water.

It's definitely room temperature. There's no refrigeration on this. It's just a pump

it will dispense whatever liquid is in your container. it's just a liquid dispenser. no hot and cold temperature.

A month before i recharge it. It ls probably depends on how you use it. Im the only one using it, so if you have a big family or you use it a lot, the battery drains faster.

Add some vinegar or chlorine to a bowl of water. Run it through the pump in small squirts with 10-15 seconds pause between. Then rinse through it with a liter or two of pure water.

@@aishaadeel6367 It does not cool water. Just sucks water from bubble can and vessel and pours it in your glass. I suggest you not to buy this as mine stopped working within 1 month and lot of people that bought facing same issue.

Well that explains why mine isn't perfect, I didn't get the rubberband to prevent the dispenser to wobble. Thanks for the vid.
