I think people are overreacting regarding the pitch.. This pitch redefined T20 games

The catch drop and the 5 run penalty changed the whole game .

As a cricket fan I liked new York pitch. Where we could see which player is really good to play in bad pitches.

If you want to see quality batting or bowling go watch test matches. T20 is meant for power hitting, for big score chases and for 180+ strike rate players. These matches are unwatchable.

Rinku Singh clearly deserves a place instead of Dube! When it comes to knockout stages we will realise, no matter what pitch Dube can’t connect bat with ball, hitting few sixes in early stages of Ipl doesn’t make him a finisher! Skilled talent sitting in the dugout whereas Mumbai lobby backing players like Dube!

True, that's why I don't have any expectation with this team, whole wrong team is playing, why VK opening, why Jaiswal is not in 11, very harsh to say but Instead of Jaddu we need a proper batsman, Sanju would be a right choice, I must say Rohit don't have guts to drop any imp player like Dhoni or Ganguly..

I disagree with sehwag, all the matches were interesting and majedar, When batters score 250 + easily , at that time sehwag doesn't say this type of pitch shouldn't be there.
