So, wrestler cardio is not a very good piece of evidence for PEDs. It’s not at all uncommon for wrestlers to be able to hard grapple for 15 minutes straight. These guys that wrestle in the UFC have been grinding that pace for 20 years! Wrestling is also, imo, better for your cardio than other martial arts. And finally, a lot of wrestling is about finding moments of rest, when Usman is pressing someone against the cage, it takes up WAAAAAAAAAAAAY less energy than it takes to get out of it, or in aljo’s case he hops on the back and that whole time he’s basically recharging while his opponents drain battery. Merhab absolutely juicing though, that’s way beyond grappler cardio

Usmans physique is not the sign. I was 6ft 1 180 with abs when I was 16. My brother is the same at 5ft 9-10 and 160. Nigerian /west African genes are great (do research) it’s the spots.and the fact he has so much cardio when typically it’s East Africans who have the cardio and tall…slim builds. If he didn’t have so much cardio and wasn’t a top level athlete id say he was natual
