@ Swetha .....Again you proved that ....We can get the IT job only with reference.......I strugglled to get into IT as a Company inner employee......But always failled because I had no references......I always worked as a outsourced for multiple companies and quit the IT.....So personal talent no one cares......Thanks to referred jobs.....all the best ......
