It's great seeing Brankica slowly gaining her grooves back. And Stevanovic is doing equally fine manning the middle. Also, even with the absence of Maja, Drca has been very effective distributing the ball to her gunners. But, boy, Boskovic is just virtually unstoppable - either from the right or left wing. I believe we can finally say that the OLD Serbian squad is back!

@@hafsol2199 that's not correct, the best three players are Boskovic, Ting from China ( who wasn't in the national team this year for a little surgery to her wrist) and Egonu. Probably, if Zhu Ting would've attended the world championship, Serbia would have faced China on the final match. But yes, Gabi is also a very good player, just not at their level

Another year's champion for sure. Serbia is brutal.

Serbia improved so much since Santarelli took over..it's unbelievable! The outsides are contributing much more since last year when the team was Boskovic only. Bojana Drca is doing great job and Ognjenovic's absence is not a factor for the team's game! Congrats from Bulgaria!

@@Alfredo78666 kinda true, Lozo was such a welcome addition to the team from the VNL, but I think Santarelli was a huge factor why Stevanovic and Aleksic came back for Serbia, along with Mihajlovic getting back into shape. The issue still remains, who takes over after Maja bc Drca isn't exactly the youngest setter and Mirkovic isn't improving enough.

Busa became the essential player of the team! She really improved herself a lot from last World Championship. Her recieve is better. She spikes more cleverly too. Bianka Busa es desde hace algunos años el equilibrio de Serbia, nunca tendrá la potencia y efectividad de Tijana Boskovic pero aporta muchísimo en recepción, defensa y como otra alternativa de ataque aunque utilice mayormente el bloqueo rival. Sara Lozo es un buen proyecto pero aún le falta rodaje y eso algunos fanáticos del ataque no lo quieren aceptar, estamos jugando un Campeonato Mundial y allí también entra a tallar la fuerza mental

Excellent match, again my girls working as a team, a shock in the third set but they got bigger in the fourth. That's the idea, that's the real game. Now to the fight for the final. Polish some technical details but that heart that they leave in the game is what makes them great. For me they are already champions. Coti, Brankica, Busic and the rest of all the players continue with that union. I follow them since they were very young. Go ahead my dream team
