One of the most exciting 0-0 draws I’ve seen in a while. Usually the scoreless draws are boring AF, but if you actually watched the game it was end-to-end and plenty of shots and chances. As usual our defense was incredibly strong but the offense needs work.

@@SoccerWorldForLIfe quality and entertainment are two completely different things my friend. There was not much quality but our young guys need practice and meaningful playing time if they are to be our future. It was entertaining to see all the young guys go and give it their all and to see the improvement as the game went on and especially over wednesday. And as for excitement from a watch ability standpoint, if you watched Leeds vs brentford or Fulham vs tottenham hotspurs last week in the premir league for example, this was so much better.

It was maybe boring at home on a screen, but in real life the atmosphere was amazing 💛💙❤️

That was dismal and the quality of play was rock-bottom. We have important decisions to make about U-20s & U-23s this year but we're starting Acosta, Johnson, Zimmerman, Long, Arriola, Ferreira...???? Have we not seen enough of them? These MLS Lifer testimonials are terribly damaging to the national team.

@@arisdelis1 I don't mind starting young players like Aaronsen in these friendlies because we have important decisions to make later this year about our U-20s and U-23s. We have to see what they can do. But to my thinking there is absolutely no reason to wheel out the old MLS Lifers again and again.

This was a 65-35 game where Colombia was better most of the time.

As a Colombian both teams weren’t playing they’re starters but still a good game

Here we are another failed World Cup and now time to rebuild again with kids with no talent. Our best players are learning overseas. These kids need experience outside the USA

That Hoppe has a lot of fighting spirit, but hardly ever scores.

Hoope is not a true goal manufacturer. The size of the ball and the size of the body , you can't send the ball to the body of the goalie. You could have crossed or send it above the goal keeper. You have to think fast and with goal thinking ability.

How do you say sellout but have empty seats? Am I missing something?

its bad for united states. because colombia used The C national team. That means that A team of colombia are the best and the B team of colombia substitutes the A team. And United States used MLS players. Colombia this time, used C team that don't play yet in their clubs in colombia. That's embarrassing. For United States.

@@vortexathletic Zimmerman could be an A teamer or a B teamer. I like Johnson for a #4 keeper - making him a D teamer? Gaga is our E keeper as a fifth choice. The rest were all MLS and children. Our A team and our B team are all in Europe. I'd go as far as to say our best C team are all in Europe.

Can we have Acosta just take all set pieces...dang we could have used the service at WC

To be expected especially two months after a World Cup. This is the time to find new players and that is why it looked messy but entertaining. The entire Colombia team is new as are some USA players.

How is a scoreless tie entertaining? Rule changes would make the game much more entertaining.Make offsides like hockey. Institute an over and back rule. Penalize taking a dive with time off the field.Reduce the number of players on the field by one.Allow more subs and allow substituted players to return to the game.
