Surprising statement, only indian students have leadership qualities on earth. USA has 340 m people. One civil engineering grad, getting job after 8 months gap, does not depict whole story. USA so far enjoyed Phantom carrying capacity, that is eroding very rapidly now No more industrial jobs now
