One non-physical element needed in cheerleading is TRUST - in your partner to be perfectly timed with your moves and that he won't drop you! It's hard enough to twist and turn in the air, but to land on someone's hands - with a smile no less! :O

this doesn´t look like Cheerleading in the 70.. ( i am born 1960) all this looks for me like Profi sports... that is definetly much more than a "little" fun for the Breaks at football games :-)) i got a coupl videos from KZread . with Caylee and Taylor ... then i saw what the whole team of Weber does .. and this is First class sport ..!!! Great Team there ... !!!!

No, you can have a 300 pound flyer if you can throw her. The optimal weight is like 100 pounds if you want good skill to weight ratio :p
