Her daughter and son in law have to send invitation letter and their financial documents to support her financially. She will just tell the officer that she is going to meet her daughter and her family. Will stay with them for 6 months. Just show them the invitation letter and their financial documents when they ask

She need not to appear for interview with you. Just take colored copy of her passport and USA visa. Good luck

How about persons who are retired and they want to visit US on B1/B2 Visa. You are briefing about employed persons which are easy to answer

For retired persons … it is easy as compared to young person just focus on following things . 1. They will ask you about family members in India and USA. 2. Their business or job details 3. If someone is inviting you from USA, then you need their invitation letter. You also need to take their financial documents and copy of green card or visa 4. If you have savings in Fixed deposit and saving accounts. Keep statement of account and copy of FD. 5. They can ask you about which company or department you are retired from. I will make detailed video on this within 1-2 days Good luck

You can submit new DS160 again Take print of old and new DS160 confirmation page on biometric day They will connect your New DS160 to your payment and interview appointment

I have my B1/B2 visa interview on 30th. I filled out my DS160 and said I have relatives but they are not immediate family. Not blood related and I don’t plan to visit them and my visit to the US is for Workshop Training and Event Gathering and meeting my organization partners. I plan to visit different states. My organisation is based in US and they will be financing it. Do i still need to show my proof of finance? Also do i need to show proof of my stay?

@@saitamachrist5943 Hi, It went amazing! They didnt even ask me too much questions. Purpose of Visit, Where i work, who will be sponsoring my trip and how long will i be staying there. Other than that nothing else. They did not even ask for any documents. Got 10 year visa, multiple entry.

Your visa will depend on profile of your husband. Your husband have to justify why you are joining him on this business trip I mean how you are important for his business and how this trip will add value to your business.

I am 63 years old in ds 160 I mentioned working wit CA firm, but I left job in Nov 23 now I am doing CA practice but what to tell for income from practice as I have recently started

If you are married but traveling alone then officer will definitely ask you why you are traveling alone? You should have very strong reason to convince them. I think you should travel with your family for USA. Don’t visit one country multiple times

My passport is going to be expired in Dec 2024. I am planning to travel to US in Aug'24 and i have applied for passport renewal which is scheduked on 09 May 2024. I have filled the DS 160 AND mentioned my passport will be expired in DEC 2024. IF i get renewal passport expiry date will be changed so do i have to fill new DS 160 INCASE if i already paid VISA fee and scheduled Visa appointment scheduled.

Its best becoz we applied three of them and goes to the same counter and they reject it be prepared don’t go randomly and they are mostly gonna judge u on verbal basis they do not check the document

If your profile is strong and travel history is good Then you can say you are traveling alone If you have applied for USA with your brothers help Then you can say I will go with my brother and his family

You should update your travel location during biometric Just let them know you want to update some informations in DS160 they will do it You have to pay some charges for it Just remove your security questions and take print of DS160 confirmation letter

They will ask following questions About relative in USA ? 1. Do you know someone in USA ? 2. Where does he lives ? 3. What does he do? 4. What is his immigration status he is on green card or work permit? that’s it

If you updating it You have to update everything again Yes no to be updated again If you submit finally then no change will happen don’t worry about Data will go away when you try to modify it otherwise it is fine Don’t forget to take print of new DS160 confirmation page

My both children's are in Canada from last 4 years, both are on work permit, my son is already having 10 years multiple US Visa, i am going to visit Canada very soon and both children's has planned to take me on travel to US....Sir, how many chances are there to get US Visa from India, please confirm.

They will ask you why did you visit Russia ? Just say for tourism purposes only Rest questions will be same as informed in video You have good travel history you should get USA tourist visa Good luck

On business visa they will ask following questions 1. Tell me details about your business 2. How your business is established in USA ? 3 name your USA clients ? 4. How this business visit will help your business? 5. Details of place or client where you will conduct business meeting ? 6. Did you go to any country for business visit ? Supporting documents for these questions are required

Bro i don't have travel history but i launched a product name California dream (flavored milk shake) at small level now in delhi haryana but to expand the product i want to visit California and make dedicated ads and posts of holding my bottles in hand of model. Yes you can get USA visiter visa even without travel history Your business should be genuine and your purpose of visiting USA should be very clear . They will ask about details of business you are going to do in California. You should inform them if your visa is denied before Just update your DS160 during biometric time Just ask them to update this information Remember your security questions details so that they can log in your DS160 application

We r family of four n filled ds 160 in year 2022 amd our appointment was scheduled for 2023. A week before our interview we got a mail that the appointment stands cancelled without giving any explanation. We got in touch for explanation and all our document proofs were asked again which we sent across. Later we got a mail to reschedule our appointment and mo th of july 2024 was given to select a date but we could reschedule only once. In all this process my daughter's passport expired in april this year 2024 we got her passport renewed but the new passport details are not in my old ds 160 form. Day before yesterday we received an email from visa section stating to go through each application from our account and check the passport details and ds 160 number on the bar code and update. We r feeling skeptical about changing my daughter's new passport details now as not sure if we make any mistake n once again appointment gets cancelled. So what do you feel shall we do now??

Don’t do anything During biometric Just ask them to update your daughter passport details They will update it You need not to do anything

@@Indo-AmericanRor i have restarted our 3 ds 160 applications once again as two of our applications the confirmation number and the new ds 160 were not matching and i wonder why so we were advised to creat new ds 160 and update the new numbers with new passport number as well.

First just fill their DS160 separately Mention that you are going to finance their USA trip In both child They will use your funds to get USA. They will need Copy of your and your wife USA visa And your financial documents like income tax returns for last 2 years , copy of account statement for last 6 months and salary slips in case of job or balance sheets in case of business.

Chances of approval depends on profile and travel history. Focus on improving both. Keep minimum gap of 6 months after rejection.
