Yes you can get visa easily, As such they didn't asked for my bank statement but generally you should have sufficient amount in your bank account. around4-5 lakhs is a good amount.

yes you can ask for hindi interview as well, a lot of people give interview in hindi. Also I was amazed to see that American were speaking hindi so fluently while taking interview.

You can apply from anywhere as liong as you have a valid reason, lot of people from India apply outside India becoz of dates and acceptance ratio.

It is not shivaji nagar . It is near Shivaji Stadium or Bangla Sahib Gurudwara Connaught place

Yes 2 appointment you will get, one for biometrics and 1 for interview. Documents are generally anything that support your reason to travel.

Parking VFS me aram se mil jati hai when you go for biometric. US embassy me interview dene jate ho toh bahut mushkil se milti hai parking. Mujhe seriously nhi mili jagah park karne ki toh maine kahi dur jaake park kia. Aap online check kar sakte ho ishe detail me.
