US to Canada road trip | Border Crossing, Immigration | Niagara Falls

We travelled from US to Canada by Road. This is the first time we are crossing the international border by road in a car. We are totally excited for this trip from New York to Ontario, most importantly we are bringing you the experience of roadtrip. You will also realize that why we recommend you to do the road trip instead of taking a flight from US to Canada. When you are in flight, you are missing the fun of seeing so many food joints, scenic places during the trip and the experience which you can have only when you are driving.
Also, we are bringing you the night view of gigantic Niagara Falls from US as reached in the night. We had super fun during the trip, stay tuned to see Niagara Falls from Canada during the day.
Followed by immigration at the border, what happens when you cross the border by car and what are the checkpoints to reach Canada by road. Any questions related to the immigration process or the route leave a comment and we shall respond at the earliest.

Hello.. thank you for the video. I am in USA on L1/H1 visa and planning to drive to Canada through the same border. The question I have is that, would we get to update our I94 while coming back to USA? Or what are our options?

  • @Travelocracy

Hi Prateek, if you have a valid i94 in your passport and after entering Canada you are coming back to USA withih 30 days your existing i94 will be valid and you don't have to get a fresh one to enter. This rule is there for Canada and Mexico if you are traveling from the USA. This is for a tourist visa. We are not much sure about the L1/H1 visa. Thanks for watching the video 🙏

Insurance is almost same for rentals and owned cars. Have a safe journey 😊 🙏
