3:32 ‘accepting “gifts”’ said it as if bribery and corruption is normal. EU parliament also had members “accepting gifts” - they got raided by police and they don’t even have the same power over a country as supreme court justices.

Their court might have at one one point been independent maybe in the 70s but not since then. In the land of the not so free (very few exceptions), with lifetime appointments. What did they expect when you give people zero accountability, indefinitely job secure until, they die or choose too leave, not elected too office either I believe American's would call that a hand out which they're supposed to frown upon. No other country, on the planet has lifetime appointments and zero legal accountability generally not seen as democratic in a developed country. Ruth bader Ginsburg "I prefer other countries constitutions over the USA constitution since, they're newer, countries update and amend them to current day not focus on what was intended in a specific year by only men they're not afraid, of acknowledging that their constitution is either outdated or needs amending".

Non-lawyers usually have misinformed opinions on court rulings because they don’t read court judgments nor are they able to understand them. How politicised a court is is revealed by examining how the court reasons based on the facts and law relevant to each case. But of course that is too much work for most people who just care about their political position being favoured or not.

Supreme court shouldn't require people to appeal anything, this puts the poverty classes in a state of no justice. All orders ever issued by a judge should automatically be reviewed by supreme courts, with all evidence, transcripts, testimony and all files related to a persons, and their children's, social security numbers and medical records, automatically. The state of current affairs is a gross reflection of injustice. We the people needs to demand rights and the most important priority should always be children. Not reviewing the findings on a microscopic level gives too much power to corrupt lawyers, officers and judges. They were meant to work for the people not to torment the people and with the vast amounts of corruption unfolding everyday, how is this not seen? All court records need to be made easily accessible to the public, all of them. There should be various forms of probono attorneys to all regions, leaving a large range of populace without representation, fair and equal, is a serious injustice that should not be ignored. All lawyers should have a superior that reviews all of their work, and all of the communication between them and their clientele.
